Raising a Support Ticket as a Member

Method 1 (Issues with Specific Referral)

  1. To raise a support ticket for a particular referral, 
    1. Go to “Referrals”
    2. Click on the eye icon for the referral for which you want to raise a support ticket. 
    3. in the single referral details page, click on the “Raise a Dispute” button at the top.
    4. Enter the issue you are facing for the referral and describe it as specifically as possible. 
    5. Click on “Submit” to raise the issue. 

Method 2 (For Any Part of Program)

  1. You can raise support tickets for issues relating to the program, account, referrals from the “Help” section. To do that,
    1. Go to “Help”
    2. Click on “Your Tickets”
    3. At the top section, click on “Create a Support Ticket” 
    4. Add issue title, choose issue category (the program section where the issue persists), add issue description.
    5. Click on “Submit.”
