Accessing Helpful Materials for Members

  1. To access helpful materials and support tips, click on “Help” in the navigation menu.

  2. The “Help” section lists various useful tips and FAQs regarding the
    program such as:

    1. Use Cases

    2. FAQs

    3. Dispute tickets

  3. You can also search for specific topics in the “Help” section using the
    search function.

  4. To see typical issues and their solutions, click on “Use Cases” tab and
    see the case discussion.

  5. To see FAQs about the program, click on “FAQs” tab and click on the FAQ you want to read. 

  6. To see previous and current issue tickets, click on “Your Tickets” tab.
    1. This is where you can see the existing support tickets and see their status.
    2. Expanding the tickets will show the replies and solutions provided for the issue.
