Raising a Support Ticket as a Member
Method 1 (Issues with Specific Referral)
- To raise a support ticket for a particular referral,
- Go to “Referrals”
- Click on the eye icon for the referral for which you want to raise a support ticket.
- in the single referral details page, click on the “Raise a Dispute” button at the top.
- Enter the issue you are facing for the referral and describe it as specifically as possible.
- Click on “Submit” to raise the issue.
Method 2 (For Any Part of Program)
- You can raise support tickets for issues relating to the program, account, referrals from the “Help” section. To do that,
- Go to “Help”
- Click on “Your Tickets”
- At the top section, click on “Create a Support Ticket”
- Add issue title, choose issue category (the program section where the issue persists), add issue description.
- Click on “Submit.”
