Raise an Issue Ticket for Single Referral

  1. To raise a dispute regarding a referral,

    1. Go to the single referral details page

    2. Click on “Raise a Dispute”

    3. Add dispute title

    4. Add dispute description

    5. Click on “Submit”

    6. Once a dispute is raised, a dispute ticket will be generated
      and a success message will be set to you via email
