Simplify Referrals Core Features
Programs
A program refers to a referral campaign. You can create new programs through your Simplify Referrals account and access different programs through your dashboard.
Members
A member is the person who has joined your referral program to promote it amongst others and get you leads. A member can be your past customer, employee etc. A member can join through a program link or can be added manually.
Referrals
A referral is a person to whom your member has recommended your service/product. That means, a referral is a potential lead for your business.
Marketing
Members will be able to access various marketing contents provided by the referral program admin.
Rewards
A reward is an incentive (money/gift/coupon etc.) you give to your member for bringing you a referral. You can set up how a member qualifies for rewards and what rewards they get.
