Access Referrals

  1. You can see all the referrals (leads) that your members have
    referred to you in the “Referrals” tab.

  2. To access and manage these referrals, go to dashboard and click on
    “Referrals” tab from the left side bar menu

  3. You can see the referrals records by

    1. ID

    2. Date

    3. Name

    4. Email

    5. Phone

    6. Progress status

    7. Action options

  4. Click on the eye icon to view single referral details such as name,
    email, registration date, phone no. status etc.

  5. You can filter the records or search records using the search bar
    to narrow down referrals you are looking for

  6. Click on load more to see more records on page.
